It doesn’t matter what age you are or what your fitness level is, we have got you covered under one membership. The Yoga Bar offers over 50 classes per week. From High Intensity classes to build your stamina to Deep relaxation and Stretch classes that help you to keep your mind calm and body nourished. All under one price to save you money and one roof to save you time.

LAAB Endurance Training 60 min

Created right here at TYB, L.A.A.B. (Legs, Arms, Abs, Butt) is Low-Intensity Endurance Training. By combining all TYB staff training experience and knowledge in the industry, we have put something together that quickly became everyone’s favorite. Due to popular demand, most of the classes are waitlisted.

L.A.A.B. is an effective workout to increase your endurance, get toned legs and arms, and a strong core. Consistent training will increase your ability to do your daily activities without getting tired. It will reduce the risk of injury, will help you to keep a healthy body weight, and will lead to healthier, stronger muscles and bones. All levels are welcome!

Inferno Hot Pilates 60min

Inferno Hot Pilates is a High-Intensity Interval Taining workout using the Pilates principles (Concentration, Control, Centering, Precision, Breath, and Flow).

Hot Pilates is a whole body workout, but focuses on lean muscle mass, muscle toning and cardio. The class is taken in a heated room (30 degrees) to warm up your body quickly, make the workout challenging, get your heart pumping, and to help you burn a lot more calories.

If you participate in this class regularly, you are sure to get and be in good shape.
Be prepared to sweat, have fun and build a stronger you. This may be a challenging workout, but you will feel amazing for sure! The class is suitable for all fitness levels. Join a class at our beautiful outdoor fitness space on one acre of outdoor land!

Inferno 45

A 45-minute, full-body workout class when you need a quick fix or are running short on time. The practice will include interval training exercises and 45 seconds moves to get your heart rate elevated and your body in action. Squats, burpees, mountain climbers, and planks are just a few exercises that you can expect to see yourself doing. Practiced in a heated room, the class is challenging, fun and suitable for all levels. Come enjoy your class at our gorgeous outdoor yoga space!
